Welcome to SheLoveShapeWear. By accessing or buying from our website you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account.

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We make every effort to show accurate prices and descriptions, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe, and NOWPayments for crypto). By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will replace it or refund you — see our Returns Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. To start a return or ask about a refund, please use our Contact page. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may be non-returnable once opened, as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the SheLoveShapeWear name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Calgary, Alberta. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

10. Our products are garments

Everything we sell is clothing. Shapewear, waist trainers and postpartum garments shape and support how clothes sit on you; they are not medical devices, they do not cause weight loss, and they do not treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or a birth, or have any medical condition, please ask your doctor before wearing compression garments.

11. Automated assistants

Replies in our website chat and on our WhatsApp number come from an automated assistant (AI), and it says so. It can make mistakes, and it cannot change a price, an order, a refund or a delivery date; the owner handles those personally. Product descriptions are written with AI help from each product's supplier details and must not claim anything those details do not support.
