Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll get a confirmation email right away, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Because items ship directly from our partner warehouses, delivery times vary by product and destination:

• United States: typically 5–12 business days.
• Canada: typically 5–12 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders over US$50.00. For smaller orders, any shipping fee is always shown in your cart before you pay — there are never surprise charges at checkout.

That threshold is US$50.00 for orders paid in US dollars and CA$69.00 for orders paid in Canadian dollars. You are currently shopping in USD.

Import duties and taxes. Some items ship from warehouses outside your country. Our prices do not include import duties or taxes charged at delivery. If a carrier asks you for any, contact us at info@sheloveshapewear.com before you pay it.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and update it in your account under My Account. Please allow a day or two for tracking to become active with the carrier.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders to any other destination cannot be completed at checkout.

Canadian orders cross the border, so a customs or duty charge set by your local authorities is possible. Anything of that kind is not included in your order total and is not refundable by us.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to the sender, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
